IN THE COMMUNITY
With the rental being located in the Plantation community, there are many activities just a short walk away. The building has its own pool which makes for a serene and quiet experience. Next to the pool is the clubhouse which holds a small library, board games, communal seating areas, and more. If you're looking to grill, next to the parking lot is a grilling area open to anyone staying in the rentals.
The community also includes two 18-hole golf courses belonging to Plantation Golf and Country Club. The best part about this community is that aside from the scenery from the beautiful and large golf courses, the rental is also surrounded by miles of beautiful nature including ponds, fountains, greenery, and more.
WHAT'S IN VENICE?
If you're looking to spend your day doing something other than sitting at the beach (which would be surprising), there are so many other amazing activities and site seeing opportunities. Venice is full of family-friendly adventures just a quick drive from the condo. Venice main street is a downtown area full of local boutiques and stores. In the city's historic area, there are always new events to be found online at:

If you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach, there are many clean and comfortable beaches within miles of the condo. The most popular beaches include Venice beach, Siesta Key beach, Caspersen beach, Brohard Paw Park, and more! Along these beaches are many tasty restaurants including one of our personal favorites, Sharkys on the Pier. When on vacation in Venice, there's never a dull moment.
